Dr Anirban Dutta

Dr Anirban Dutta is an empathetic and compassionate psychiatrist. 

Qualification- He has completed his MBBS from Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata and MD in Psychiatry from the prestigious National Institute of Mental Health and Neuroscience (NIMHANS) Bangalore. 

Experience- His clinical journey includes key roles as a senior resident in Drug De Addiction Program, at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar and as a consultant psychiatrist at Bhatia Neuropsychiatry Hospital Amritsar. 

Awards- Dr Anirban has been awarded the Best Psychotherapy award for the academic year 2021-24 from NIMHANS.

He has also been awarded first in academic poster presentation at state conference.

Areas of Expertise- Dr Anirban has actively worked in different parts of the country during his medical journey that has helped him in understanding human behavior and emotions in a much better way. He specializes in treatment of all severe mental illness including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, OCD along with common mental health concerns. He follows patient centric approach where all his management plans are tailored for particular individual after a detailed discussion, history and necessary assessments.

Research- Dr Anirban has been being actively engaged in academic and research activities with various presentations in state and national level conferences.
